Cast your bid for the chance to ride alongside your favorite NASCAR Sprint Cup Driver in the parade lap of the Atlanta 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway. All auction winners will receive a guided pit tour. Each winning bidder is allowed to bring one (1) guest on the pit road tour at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Guests are permitted only on the pit tour, they are not allowed in the vehicle during the parade lap. Only Auction winners are allowed to ride in the vehicle with the driver.

Auction Rules:
1. Must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a legally binding contract.
2. Individual riding in the parade lap must submit to a criminal background check per NASCAR regulations.
3. Payment must be received within 24 hours of auction end.
4. Failure to check in by specified time on August 31, 2014 (winning bidder will receive check-in time and information in an email after close of the auction), may result in forfeiture of package.
5. NO RAINCHECKS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
6. All bidders must comply with Speedway Children's Charities policies and procedures.
7. Auction will be LIVE ON SITE AT ATLANTA MOTOR SPEEDWAY on August 31, 2014 at Bruton Smith Park.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS, NON-TRANSFERABLE.
A bid is a legally binding contract and you agree to be bound to make payment if you are the highest bidder. Do not bid if you are not 100% certain you can follow through with payment at the winning price within the stated time. Do not bid if you are not 100% certain you can pass a criminal background check. By bidding in this auction, the bidder understands and agrees to Speedway Children's Charities ("SCC") policies and procedures as well as the terms and conditions mentioned here.

Full payment is required at the time of the auction close. Winner and guest must consent to and pass a criminal background check. Failure to deliver payment within the designated time will result in default and the bid and SCC may select the next highest bidder. Failure to follow fulfillment guidelines may result in forfeiture of Experience. EXPERIENCE IS NON.TRANSFERABLE.

SCC reserves the right to remove or cancel any portion of the Experience if in SCC's discretion, the winning bidder(s) and/or guest(s) are acting in an inappropriate manner including by way of illustration, not limitation, belligerent towards others, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or in any other manner in which a reasonable person may fear for his/her safety, etc. Furthermore the host of the Experience reserves the right to remove any individuals from the Experience if the winning bidders(s) fail to follow their rules and guidelines for behavior during the Experience.

This event can be physically demanding and fast paced. Please remember that the drivers are in their offices - this is their job! They are preparing to run a race and are graciously sharing this time with you. Speedway Children's Charities cannot and does not guarantee any driver autograph. Due to NASCAR media contracts, you may have a reporter or television crew or another individual in the vehicle as well, please let them do their job.
